Naked trees
a poem
I fall further, extinguishing flames beneath my shackled feet.
My halo’s worn, reborn underneath the obsidian sea.
Torn in two, I'm cast away to lighter shores I hope to see.
Dreams of daffodils, while fairies sleep. To lucid skies, I wish to keep.
'Til next fall comes to me.
